Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to love your purchase.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We accept returns for:
✔ Faulty items
✔ Damaged items
✔ Incorrect items sent

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is returned.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened treats or chews unless faulty.
